The woman will nearly always say "yes" to this. (The "email" question is perfect, because everyone has email, right? Now you're going to treat it as if she OFFERING to give you her email.)

So now you smoothly take out your pen and notepad and give them to her. Act like this is a totally natural next step.

Then, as she writes down her email, you say "write down your number also. Oh, and I didn't catch your name..."

By acting as if it's completely normal for you to give you her details, she'll feel perfectly okay doing so. She won't question it.

It's when you ask women PERMISSION for these things that you might encounter some resistance.
